Workshop of Polyethylene Float introduction:

Our workshop of polyethylene float covers an area of 30000 square meter, with the rotation molding machine, Foam filling machine, raw material drilling machine and hundreds mold for the dimension of the pipe float range from DN60mm to DN1200mmm.

Workshop of UHMWPE pipe and HDPE pipe introduction:

We have two workshops of the UHMWPE and HDPE pipeline, one specially for the UHMWPE pipe production, with 7 UHMWPE pipeline extruding lines, the other one with 18 HDPE pipe extruding lines and 8 PVC extruding lines. We have our own laboratory to make inspection on the pipes.

Workshop of Rubber hose introduction:

Our workshop of rubber hose covers an area of 40000 square meters, with auto welding machine for steel flange. With the production ability of rubber discharge hose, rubber suction hose and armored rubber hose, self floating rubber hose.

We Shandong Jiubei New Materials Co.,Ltd, mainly supply the following services for the goods of HDPE pipe float, polyethylene foam float, UHMWPE wear resistant pipeline, rubber flexible hoses:

1， 7/12 service, No weekend, 12 hours a day(8am-8pm);

Our sales team working time is from 8am to 8 pm, and 7 days per week,  both email and whatsapp are available. Our sales person all have more than 10 years working experience in the filed of HDPE pipe float, polyethylene foam float, UHMWPE wear resistant pipeline, rubber flexible hoses. Jut feel free to ask any questions you are interested.  

But for drawings or other very professional technical problems, our engineers will keep on, engineers woking time from Monday to Friday,  8am to 5pm. 

2, All inquiries will be replied within 1 hour;

We promise that all your requirements will be responsed within 1 hour. 

3, Goods quality inspection service;

We have two inspection teams, one is for quality control, and the other one for container loading, each order we get, one team will follow on, from the workshop raw material, mold condition, first good inspection, as well as daily production inspection, we always insist that process quality control is much more important, only the process production strictly controled, the final products will be 100% qualified. 

For the final goods, third party inspection is acceptable(SGS, CCS, BV, TUV AND SO ON) 

4, Goods Container loading inspection service;

Before loading, our inspection people will make final inspection on the  goods condition(appearance, package, accessories, quantity) ,  and will focuse on the whole loading process to make sure the goods are well loaded and fixxed. 

5, Shipping service;

We accept  terms of EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP AND SO ON. According to the different goods condition, LCL, FCL, BULK , by sea or by train we all can arrange for you. Will try best help you select the best economical proposal. 

6, Goods Quality warranty service.

We have quality warranty for the goods working in normal condition. 

7， After sales service

All the goods we supplied you with after sales service, and problem you met during installation or using, just feel free to feedback to us.
